Our client needed to develop a new technical concept for a sales channel and implement it within one year together with an external sales partner.


Due to new technical specifications und expiring contracts we needed to help our customer to re-build one of his sales channels and prepare the negotiations with a big external sales partner. Beside technical hurdles, it was difficult to design the sales channel regarding all legal and fraud aspects. The integration of several departments with the external provider increased the complexity and required a strong project management. The long release cycles as well as the high IT- and change management costs made a profitability calculation mandatory.

This case shows what different roles an external consultancy needs to take, in order to help the customer to successfully design and implement the concept.
